This is an assignment from BU where a company that is publicly traded, with at least 500 employees needed to be selected - here I chose Airbnb. Its business model needed to be described, Porter's 5 competitive forces and challenges needed to be considered, competitive strategies and approaches needed to laid out based on the top 2 most significant ones, a business model evolution needed to be thought out, and what the best IT-supported proposal was.

This presentation went over the organizational background, a re-cap of my business model evolution and the technology that the organization should adopt, the operational and competitive uses and benefits of the technology, a technology analysis of my proposal, the impact of adoption and the approaches that are needed to ensure that any related issues and risks are addressed successfully, and the adoption analysis summary.

This assignment asked for me to apply ideas from enterprise system workflows to an example company - example company.
Personal-IoT is a fictitious organization that creates IoT (Internet of Things) devices and manages them through a mobile application.

I had to create the company and the item - which ended up being the the company - LevIoThan, and the main product I discuss is The Kraken - a smart aquarium device.

Acting as the Director for IT at LevIoThan, the organization allows consumers to purchase home assistant devices and connect them to their larger eco-systems (i.e., smart lamps, smart cars, etc.).
Personal-IoT has a direct order e-commerce and m-commerce presence and sells in many retail stores.

For this assignment/sample - I was asked to drive a business strategy and approach that would enable the organization to compete more effectively and drive improved operations across the organization, and as part of the change, I needed to introduce how AI/ML would help improve the operational strategy.
TechU.com is a fictional site that readies IT professionals for a variety of different jobs.
The assignment was to be setup as a professional internal email to the CEO and CFO of the company. The email is setup by the strategic direction that would drive competition and improve operational efficiency, the topics that I identified which would help drive this forward, the relevance and application of each of these topics with deep dives into all of these, and the actions required.

EduDelivered Corporation - Expanding into New Markets

The EduDelivered Corporation sells a software educational platform, which allow an institution to be able to deliver educational content to their students.
Customers of EduDelivered are corporations, institutions, community colleges and universities.
Due to a huge shift in the globalization of education, it has become imperative for EduDelivered to provide an off-premises educational platform.
As the acting CIO for EduDelivered, you have been working with executive management on a new strategic direction for the organization. This assignment's goal was to make a formal proposal to the board of directors outlining a plan to move the educational platform from an on-premises product to a SaaS product.
